Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$12.95 Standard Shipping for domestic, all provinces within Canada (free shipping over $80)

$19.95 flat fee for all USA orders (free shipping over $100)

We are working hard to increase our shipping zones, if you are outside North America and would like to order, please contact us.

Softie Beauty occasionally offers shipping promotions that may change periodically. Also, please allow for additional time for the delivery of your packages as Canada Post and UPS may have delays in their services due to the season.

All orders are given a tracking number when they are shipped out from our location. An email will be sent to you with your tracking number when the package has been shipped out.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

Packages undeliverable by Canada Post and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
